Timeline
How long will it take to finish a painting?
The time depends on factors like size, complexity, and customization: Mini portraits: ~1 week Individual portraits: 1–2 weeks Family & Generational portraits: 1–3 weeks Large/complex projects: Up to 3 weeks Keep in mind that each painting is unique and has its own timeline. Note: Your quick responses during planning and revisions help speed up the process.
Payment
When do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking and covers materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the painting.
How do I pay?
Payments are accepted via e-transfer.
Shipping
Your Involvement
How involved will I be?
Shipping fees are calculated separately and invoiced based on the destination. Clients are responsible for shipping fees, customs, and duties where applicable.
Your involvement ensures the painting reflects your vision: Consultation: We confirm your reference image(s) before starting. Progress updates: Photos are sent during the process for approval or revisions. Final review: A final photo is sent before shipping. Generational portraits require more planning and research.
Materials Used
What type of paint do you use?
Acrylic paint is standard. Oil paint is available upon request (additional drying time applies).
